With seven albums\, collaborations with artists including Hans Zimmer\, and a self-invented instrument\, Misko continues to push the boundaries of contemporary acoustic guitar. \n\n\n\nMisko began playing classical guitar at age 12 before teaching himself modern fingerstyle guitar. His original piece “Guitar + Pen Tapping Song” became a viral sensation in 2015\, followed by hugely popular arrangements of Michael Jackson’s “Billie Jean” and George Michael’s “Careless Whisper\,” helping grow his online audience to more than one million YouTube subscribers. \n\n\n\nIn 2018\, Misko was named Guitarist of the Year by the UK publication MusicRadar. He is regarded as one of the world’s most creative modern fingerstyle guitarists\, with a repertoire spanning original viral videos and popular arrangements\, alongside mainstream chart success performing with Justin Hayward of The Moody Blues. \n\n\n\nDawes was named ‘Best Acoustic Guitarist in the World’ two years in a row (2017 & 2018) by Total Guitar Magazine & MusicRadar reader polls\, with numerous 2nd place rankings in the proceeding years. YouTube personality Rick Beato named Mike ‘one of the finest acoustic guitar players in the world.’ \n\n\n\nHis debut release\, a solo guitar arrangement of Gotye’s ‘Somebody That I Used to Know\,’ quickly became a viral hit with tens of millions of views on YouTube.
