Roomful of Blues is the world-renowned, horn-powered blues band that has been delighting audiences for more than 55 years. Known for their high-energy blend of jump, swing, R&B, and blues, the band has earned five GRAMMY nominations, seven Blues Music Awards, and praise from outlets including Living Blues, USA Today, DownBeat, and Blues Music Magazine, which calls them “the best little big band in the blues.” Count Basie famously described them as “the hottest blues band I’ve ever heard.”
Led by master guitarist Chris Vachon since 1998, Roomful of Blues delivers a bone-shaking mix of original songs and carefully chosen covers, driven by impeccable musicianship, a powerhouse horn section, and soulful, larger-than-life vocals. Featuring longtime saxophonist Rich Lataille alongside an all-star lineup of seasoned players, the band continues to evolve while staying true to the sound that has kept dance floors full and audiences coming back for decades.
