SheSpeaks, the ever-popular women’s storytelling event hosted by Lael Couper Jepson of SheChanges, will once again be returning to our stage this year—this time with an added twist!
This event, designed to celebrate and honor women – their power, perspectives, voices, wisdom, stories and relevance—is open to anyone interested in change powered by women. This year will be the eleventh running of SheSpeaks, and the theme is "Wellspring"—that place where deep truth and desire to be of service intersect and rise up to the surface of us, asking to be heard, honored and ultimately expressed, and put to use in our world.
The first night of SheSpeaks, five women will be taking the stage to share their stories, thoughts, and experiences on the theme of “Wellspring”—those moments when the full power of our whole truth finds us, and becomes a source of fuel to move us forward. Lael will serve as the emcee of this night, weaving her own stories among the five women featured to thread together this theme of Wellspring.
The women featured on Thursday night’s show will be:
Joanna Horton McPerson
On Friday night, Lael will be taking center stage at this event, sharing her own experience of opening to this deep truth and power that lives within each of us, and will also tell stories from her work with other women over the years, highlighting the insights, challenges, and lessons learned as powerful source is tapped and harnessed—even in the face of fear, discomfort and inconvenience. Please note: Tickets will be sold for each individual night, so if you’re interested in attending both nights, please be sure to purchase a ticket for each evening. Tickets tend to sell out in advance, so getting them early is highly recommended.
