SheSpeaks, the ever-popular women’s storytelling event hosted by Lael Couper Jepson of SheChanges, will once again be returning to our stage this year—this time with an added twist!
This event, designed to celebrate and honor women – their power, perspectives, voices, wisdom, stories and relevance—is open to women, men, and even young adults interested in change powered by women. This year will be the eleventh running of SheSpeaks, and the theme is "Wellspring"—that place where deep truth and desire to be of service intersect and rise up to the surface of us, asking to be heard, honored and ultimately expressed, and put to use in our world.
On Friday night, Lael will be taking center stage to share stories from her own experience of opening to this deep truth and power that lives within each of us, and will weave together threads from her work with women over the years, highlighting insights, challenges, and lessons learned as this powerful source is tapped and harnessed—even in the face of fear, discomfort and inconvenience. She’ll also be celebrating the release of her second book, Ignite: Lighting The Leader Fire, and will be painting a picture of how women—and the unique gifts they bring when they embody the full-force of the feminine—are leading us forward.
