A Night with Falcon Ridge’s “Most Wanted” Artists!

Each year, the audience at the renowned Falcon Ridge Folk Festival selects three Emerging Artists they most want to see return to the Main Stage. This year’s “Most Wanted” are Louie Lou Louis, Alex Radus and Tina Ross—three standout singer-songwriters whose music captivated festival goers.

Join us for an intimate, collaborative evening where these exceptional artists will share their original songs, the stories behind them, and the inspirations that fuel their craft. Rooted in folk, jazz and singer-songwriter traditions, this performance promises to be an immersive musical experience—one that highlights the very best of Falcon Ridge’s rising stars. Don’t miss this special opportunity to witness three of the indie folk scene’s most compelling voices, together on one stage!

Louie Lou Louis is a Brooklyn-based songster whose uplifting musicality and soothing yet energizing vibe celebrate human imperfection with infectious positivity. Blending folk, jazz, and global influences, he inspires joy and connection in any audience. A Berklee College of Music graduate, Louie has opened for artists like Dietrich Strause and Carolyn Wonderland and performed as a guest singer-songwriter for Zachariah Hickman’s Power Outage Party. His accolades include being a 2024 Falcon Ridge Folk Festival “Most Wanted” Emerging Artist, a 2024 Grassy Hill Emerging Artist, and receiving honors from the Rocky Mountain Folks Festival, Great American Song Contest, and New England Music Awards. “We need his [Louie’s] stories of love, peace, tolerance, and joy in the simplicity of living a life where we are loved by those around us…” ~Pamela Hines, Live Jazz New England on 90.5 FM WICN radio

Alex Radus is a “versatile crooner” (UMC Nashville) and “master guitarist” (Courier News), but his songwriting takes center stage. Known for his signature “genre whiplash,” he blends whimsical and poignant storytelling with an eclectic mix of Americana, swing, blues, and folk. Alex has opened for Richie Havens, Darrell Scott, and Laurie MacAllister, and performed with John Gorka as part of the Razzy Dazzy Spasm Band. Alex was selected as a 2024 Falcon Ridge Folk Festival Emerging Artist, earning a “Most Wanted” spot on the 2025 Main Stage. Awarded a youth scholarship to the Augusta Heritage Center, Alex honed his distinctive fingerstyle guitar and deep appreciation for traditional music. As John Gorka says, “Alex Radus is a remarkable artist… surely worth going out of your way to hear.”

Overcoming physical challenges, she developed a unique guitar style and sings with deep gratitude, releasing her acclaimed debut album While I’m Here in 2023. A 2024 Falcon Ridge Emerging Artist and “Most Wanted” returnee for 2025, she also won the 2023 FocusMusic Heyman Rising Artist Award. Her song “Summers Like These” appears on Christine Lavin’s latest compilation, and she has earned recognition from prestigious songwriting contests; The UK Songwriting Contest, The International Acoustic Music Awards, The International Blues and Roots Radio Contest and The John Lennon Songwriting Contest. Tina has shared the stage with artists like John Gorka, Christine Lavin, and Tom Chapin. “Tina Ross is a classy cut of singer-songwriter perfection.” ~ Jonathan Aird from Americana UK
