Feng E is a young musical sensation from Taiwan, born in 2007. His rise to fame began in 2018 at the age of 10, when a video of him playing Tommy Emmanuel’s arrangement of Classical Gas on a ukulele in a Taipei park went viral. That moment led to live performances with Tommy Emmanuel himself in both Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Thanks to the viral video, Feng E was invited to appear on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where he performed for a worldwide audience. He’s since appeared on Ellen’s show twice (2018 and 2019), with each performance video garnering 2.3 million views. In 2020, Feng E reached the quarter-finals of America’s Got Talent, and his largest social media following is based in the United States.

Feng E has become a star in the world of ukulele music, winning competitions and performing in countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, China, and Hawaii. On Asia’s Got Talent in 2017, he was the only contestant to receive the Golden Buzzer from producer David Foster.
To date, Feng E has mastered five instruments, beginning with piano at age four, and has composed numerous original works. His popularity continues to soar thanks to his expert ukulele covers of popular music, his engaging personality, and his inspiring “can-do” spirit.
