A Uniquely Versatile Space
OLS can be easily converted from a professional 175-seat capacity performance theater to an open hardwood floor auditorium. The versatility of the space makes it suitable for weddings, dances, meetings, reunions, parties and more!
OLS offers affordable rental rates in the Greater Portland area. Rates vary depending on the day of the week and time of the event. Discounted rates are available for non-profit organizations.

We had our wedding reception at OLS, and it was the most memorable experience. There was not one ounce of stress due to the helpful, capable, and friendly OLS staff.
